| Don't Get Hurt: Protect Your Hands and Wrists | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Good posture
and proper wrist and hand placement can help you avoid injury and fatigue
while keying. While keying, your wrists should not rest on anything. However,
it's all right to rest them on a wrist pad while you are not keying. Wrists
should not be bent up, down, or to the side.
Keep your shoulders relaxed. Sit up straight. Don't slouch. Keep your elbows close to your body. Remember, good sitting posture is important at all times! |
